For “Spiderman” Tobey Maguire worked with Gregory Joujon-Roche. His diet
was a low carb diet 6 days a week and a cheat day. He stuck to high protein
foods like nuts, tofu and veggie burgers. He is a longtime Vegetarian.

Exercise
His workout consisted of cardio, weights and yoga. He exercised for at least
3.5 hours, six days a week. Focusing on building strength through abdominal
and lower-body, using a oversize ball working out specific muscles each day.
Then he would do cardio like martial arts and cycling, and gymnastics.
