The main thrust for this diet plan is in allowing one to basically eat certain food combination to enjoy a flat belly for life. This may sound like a difficult undertaking, but the Flat Belly diet plan promises some 15 pounds of healthy weight loss in a month, if you are wondering how to lose weight.
The diet plan, which must be observed for at least 28-days, is devised by Cynthia Sass who is a registered dietitian and a nutrition director at Prevention. Its emphasis is on eating unrefined foods like fruits, whole grains, vegetables, lean protein, beans and nuts and the occasional red meat. Combined with this diet plan, food intake must also be rich in monounsaturated fat (or MUFA) at meal times. This includes olives, sunflower oil, peanut butter, pesto sauce, soybean, flax and dark chocolate.
