The film tells the story about a woman named Veronika (Gellar) who wakes up in a mental institution after a failed suicide attempt. She discovers that she has a weakened heart and only days to live. Veronika’s road to recovery is followed as she finds true love and a newfound will to survive. Veronika Decides To Die, out in 2009, is based on a book that takes from author Paulo Coelho’s experience in various mental institutions. 3/15/2010 DietSarah Michelle Gellar avoids sugar, dairy products and fried foods in her diet. She eats mainly a balanced diet, and uses portion control to stay fit. Sarah loves sushi, and says she is at times “practically living on soup and vitamins.” Exercise Sarah practiced Tae Kwon Do for 5 years and is into kickboxing, boxing, yoga and gymnastics.
