Reshma Shetty stars as the gorgeous Divya Katdare on USA network’s, Royal Pains. She wears
that white suit well on the medical-dramedy by keeping in shape with a rigorous exercise plan.
She works out five days a week and each day she does something different to work various
muscle groups. I believe in this type of workout by changing it up it really helps the body tone
up fast.On Monday she will do a jump rope class and on Tuesdays she does Pilates. On
Wednesday she does Physique 57 which she claims,“It changes your body!”

combination of strengthening and stretching the muscles using equipment such as a ballet bar
and rubber ball. Apart from Reshma, celebrities like Sarah Jessica Parker and Kelly Ripa are
also fans.
Thursdays Reshma takes a spin class and on Saturday it’s a hard cored boot camp workout.
All in all each of her five workouts last approximately an hour. (
