She eats right and exercises at home or on the road while touring. Here’s what she said during a recent photoshoot in regard to her diet and exercise while on the road:“I am a walking contradiction. I go to extremes. I diet absolutely. It’ s got to be organic, fresh frish, tofu green and then I’ll order a pizza at night and drink a bottle of wine.” Pink’s tours are incredibly demanding because of all of the physical work on the trapeze and the dance routines so she says she has to be in incredible shape.“I am a horse while on the road. I do an hour of cardio a day, I do a thing called P90X, I do yoga I do a two-hour show. I watch what I eat, I have to feel good if I’m going to be on the road this long.”When she was asked if happiness comes with healthiness she was quick to answer that she thinks happiness comes in moments and when those moments happen we have to recognize them, and when they don’t happen, cherish those moments that did happen.
