The Picture of Nicole Richie is from the 'Late Show with David Letterman' in NYC (06/06/07) yes, I was there
to see Nicole. She looked good. Much better than I have seen her look in a long time.
Nicole Richie said that she was terrified of going to jail like Paris. Nicole might be facing a possible jail
sentence after she was arrested for DUI (driving under the influence) last December. Nicole told host David
Letterman: "I'm just keeping my fingers crossed, and of course, I'm scared also, but I'm willing to face
whatever consequences come my way, and I take responsibility for what I've done."
Nicole pleaded not guilty at a preliminary hearing but the police who arrested her claimed she told them she
had taken the painkiller Vicodin and smoked marijuana. Nicole will be jailed if found guilty as she has a
previous DUI conviction in 2003 when she was found to be in possession of heroin. When asked when she
will know if she is heading for jail, Nicole said: "Probably the end of this month."
Seriously, so what is Nicole's time in jail going to be? Four Days? Let us all hope she gets a break like Paris
did... claim mental instablility.
