Naomi’s Diet
“I haven’t even done much exercise yet (and) I eat more now than I did
when I was pregnant!”  ”I was hungry the whole time and I’m still hungry all
the time!”  Naomi is said to eat a lot of vegetables, and she uses portion
control to stay slim.

Naomi’s Workout
Naomi is a big fan of pilates.  She did pilates throughout both of her
pregnancies, and continued to do pilates to lose her pregnancy weight.  To
lose her baby weight Naomi hired a personal trainer.  ”Three weeks before
we started filming ‘The International’ I decided that I better get into
changing my body back again. And they gave me a trainer and it was very
effective and also breastfeeding. That’s how you drop weight. Even though
you’re just eating all the time he is eating too.”
