Orlando Bloom cuddles up with supermodel girlfriend
Miranda Kerr on the dance floor at the third annual
Raisa Gorbachev Foundation Party, held at the Stud
House, Hampton Court Palace on Saturday in Richmond
upon Thames, London, England.

I’m guessing Miranda had to use ample double stick
tape for this event!

The night raised funds for the Raisa Gorbachev
Foundation - an international fund fighting child cancer
in Russia and to fund research to help eradicate this life-
threatening disease.

Appearances that night also included: Kate Beckinsale,
Hugh Grant, Kevin Spacey and Joan Collins. U2
frontman Bono also treated gala attendees with a
performance.

Diet
Miranda eats only organic food, and maintains a very clean and
healthy diet.  Miranda frequents the Bondi Junction, which is an
organic food cafe in Sydney.  She is very aware that what you eat
affects how your hair, skin, nails, and body look.  Not to mention how
much energy you have, and how you feel in general.

Here is a menu of Miranda’s typical daily diet when she’s at home is:

Breakfast:
Fresh fruit salad with yogurt and muesli
2 x Rye toast with avocado and boiled eggs
Water with lemon and ginger
Cup of green tea
Pecans, almonds and walnuts to nibble on for morning tea
(sometimes roasted in tamari)

Lunch:
Fresh tuna salad with spelt crispbreads
Water with lemon
Dandelion Tea
Piece of fruit or nuts for afternoon tea

Dinner:
“Either a salmon steak or other fish or Lamb Loin chops or a piece of
steak with vegetables or salad.  I don’t eat a lot of potato, but I eat
heaps of greens and sweet potato and pumpkin roasted.” Cup of
Green tea with ginger.

Exercise
To keep in slim, toned model shape Miranda works with personal
trainer Justin Gelband, who has also trained Bridget Hall, Lindsay
Lohan, Elisha Cuthbert, and Anne Hathaway, plus many other famous
models.  To stay in great shape Miranda workouts regularily.  Miranda’
s workout includes Running, Boxing, Pilates, and she also practices
Yoga.  Although Miranda doesn’t take her body for granted, she says
she would prefer to just do Yoga which she enjoys the benefit of
meditating while working out all at once.

“It’s all about my diet”, says Miranda Kerr! Read the full story for all the details on
her diet and weight lose secrets!

How is this amazing looking model able to maintain such a hot body? Miranda has
been following the ‘Blood Type Diet’ which involves cutting out foods depending
on your blood type. As an ‘A’, Miranda is known as a ‘cultivator’ with a diet heavy on
the fruit and vegetables and low on the red meat.

According to the plan blood type ‘O’s are known as ‘Hunters’ who need a meat-rich
diet. Blood type ‘B’ are ‘Nomads’ who are believed to flourish on dairy products.
Blood group ‘AB’ are the ‘Enigma’ group who can combine the eating plans of
groups A and B.

The controversial diet was created by Peter D’Adamo in his book ‘Eat Right 4 Your
Type’. Critics claim that it’s unwise to leave out whole food groups from your diet!

One important aspect to Miranda’s diet is the fact that everything she eats is
organic! This allows her to make sure to eat as healthy as possible. Having a diet
that limits the toxins that enter your body makes it easier to lose weight and being
fit and healthy.

Recently there was a lot of controversy, regarding Miranda’s diet and weight loss,
during a shoot for Grazia Magazine. While some people described her as
“shockingly thin” and “virtually unrecognizable” in the photos, the model, 26,
claims she’s not on any crazy super model diet and actually hasn’t lost a pound in
the last three years:

“I am conscious of not only maintaining but promoting a healthy lifestyle and I
wouldn’t be able to sustain the hectic nature of my modeling commitments if I wasn’
t 100 per cent committed to feeding my body the food, vitamins and minerals it
needs,” Miranda told Grazia blaming the exaggerated poses for making her look
visibly thinner. “The poses for the shoot have made me appear thinner than normal
from behind, but I am the same weight and measurements I have maintained for
more than three years.”

Looking at some current pictures, I do not see excessive weight loss or having lost
weight quickly. She looks healthy, being in shape and as hot as ever!

It has been rumored that she also takes Acai Berry supplements. A source close to
Miranda revealed “She’s always been a healthy eater, she just needs a bit of help
to get the last few kilos off before a shoot. She  has been taking an Acai Berry
Supplement ever since she found out she would be working for Victoria’s Secret. It’
s not a big deal, heaps of the models use them to lose weight”. I’ve discovered that
Acai Berry supplements are filled with vitamins and minerals that can aid in weight
loss, building muscle and increasing overall energy-and is rich in antioxidants, fatty
acids, fiber and other plant compounds that can increase your health. I don’t
believe that by adding Acai Berry supplements to your diet will provide a  “magic
key” that will help you lose weight, but it will help make your body healthy. When
your body is healthy and well-balanced, it is easier to lose weight.

Miranda Kerr’s Workout
A dedicated yoga practitioner Miranda’s exercise routine also includes running,
pilates, boxing and strength training with a personal trainer. Exercise in
combination with a healthy diet always makes a huge difference in weight loss.
Miranda Kerr has tried a new exercise program called Jukari (from the Sicilian word
for “to play”) experience – a collaboration from Reebok and Cirque du Soleil that
aims to make exercise fun again for women. Miranda took part in what Reebok calls
“a workout that gives the sensation of flying while strengthening and lengthening
the body through cardio, strength, balance and core training”. Intense workout!
She reported loved it as a new exercise routine!

Miranda says her hectic working schedule does not let her gain extra body fat. “I
work six days a week, 15 hours a day – and that’s not a joke,” she said. “I’m
generally in two different countries a week. And anyone else who had my schedule
would probably fall apart. To be honest with you, it’s really, really intense. People
don’t realize the extent of how hard I work, because they see it as just glitz and
glamour. At the same time I am so grateful for it all, but it doesn’t give me a lot of
downtime…”. Constantly being on the move clearly helps with weight loss although
it can be hard on your diet.

Miranda Kerr says: ” I’m passionate about – trying to encourage young women to
embrace themselves – especially because I am in the fashion world and I really don’
t want girls to think they have to look like me. I want them to nurture themselves
and really be the best they can be. Every day I am changing and growing and
nobody’s perfect. We all have our insecurities. That’s normal.”
