The Matt Damon workout Like his friend Ben Afleck, Matt Damon looks like he hits both the weights room and cardiovascular exercise to stay in shape. But what would the Matt Damon workout consist of? We think the Matt Damon exercise routine would look something like this. Matt Damon's resistance workout Matt Damon has a balanced physique, which indicates he workouts his lower and upper body, as well as opposing muscle groups with similar intensity. He also looks like he concentrates on big movements which allows him to pack on muscle quickly.
