* Wear black, black makes everyone look thinner
* Don't be tempted to go baggy. The look will only add weight to your figure. Balance a full skirt
with a fitted shirt. A long flowing top looks best with long lean pants.
* Pleated pants are an absolute NO-NO. Flat front styles instantly tuck you in. Less fabric means
less bulk.
* Dark stretch jeans are comfortable and forgiving. Make sure you're wearing your correct size
by checking the side seams. They should run in a straight line. A curving, crooked seam
indicates that you need a different size or style.
* Wear control top pantyhose even under pants and for the summer (when wearing pants) cut
the legs off of them so it won't be so hot
* Wear a girdle.
* Wear platfarms/heels, taller you are the thinner you'll look
* Bracelets can sometimes make your wrist look thinner also chokers can sometimes make
your neck look thinner too
* Wear wide leg pants. While at first it would seem that wide leg pants would make you look
bigger than you are, in fact, the wide leg style in most cases creates a nice straight line, creating
the illusion of longer legs. This, in turn, makes you look taller and is very forgiving. If you'd like
something a little more interesting than traditional wide leg pants, look for cuffed leg. Style
Note: Try to avoid cuffed pants if you are under 5'5. Cuffed pants tend to make short legs look
shorter.
* Wear bootcut/slight flare jeans. Jeans are an everyday item, and because they're worn so
often, they should be the items that we put the most effort into buying. Boot cut jeans, and
jeans with a slight flare, are going to be flattering on every body type. Again, we're going for
long clean lines, and creating a soft silhouette, which really adds up to a pretty, slimming look.
* Don't get caught up on size. A huge and very common mistake when shopping is that we get
too caught up on the number on the tag, and not the fit. Sizing runs different in all stores, so
make sure you try on a variety of sizes to get the best fit. Wearing something that's too small for
you can make you look a lot bigger than your actually are, so make sure you find the right fit.
* The longer the better. One of my personal pet peeves when it comes to dressing is pants that
are too short. There are certain lengths for Capri's and flood pants, but the worst thing for your
figure is pants that are too short, and cut off the leg. You want to make sure that your pants are
long enough to cover most of your shoe. The longer, the better. See the reoccurring theme
here? Long lines create long legs which creates a slimmer look!
* Don't be clingy. When shopping for pants, try and look for pants made of heavier fabrics so
they don't cling to your leg. There's nothing worse than fabrics clinging to your body,
showcasing all of your flaws. Look for fabrics that are floaty and light, which tend to pull away
from the body.
* Focus on your assets. Every single one of us have wonderful assets that we want to play up. If
you have gorgeous legs, go for a nice full knee length skirt or shorts. If you've got great arms,
go for sleeveless tops. Got a great waist? Play it up with a blazer that cinches at the waist, or
add a belt to pull it in.
* Back pockets. This is also something else that is an afterthought for most of us. Pocket size
on jeans can really make or break the jeans. Pockets can either make your bum look bigger or
can really flatter it. When shopping, look for jeans that have decent size pockets, relative to size
of the seat. Steer very clear of too tiny pockets that can make your bottom look huge. Instead
look for fun cargo flap pockets or bigger pockets that are situated lower on the jeans to make
your bottom look higher. Try on as many styles and washes as possible to ensure you get the
best look.
* A-Line isn't for All of us. A-line dresses and skirts were always known as the best skirts out
there, that flattered everyone. Well, that's not always true. A-line dresses can create a tent effect
and give you a shapeless look and add pounds within minutes. Always try on a dress before
buying, and find out if A-line works for you. Style Note: Empire waist tops and dresses can
create the same effect, so watch out for baby doll style tops.
* Don’t use clothes that are too colourful, as that will only attract more eyes on the areas that
you really would like to hide.
* Loosen the pockets, and avoid filling them up. Full pockets add bulk, not the visual effect you
are looking for when you are trying to look thinner.
* Take those ace bandage like things and wrap it around your stomach (but not so tight it hurts,
also don't wear pantyhose or girdle over it I learned it hurts bad)
* Stand/sit straight it can make you look 10 pounds less... posture helps everyone look thinnner!!

How to Look Thinner Without Losing Weight...
Tips and Tricks.
People ask me everyday what was the strongest product that I have taken to lose weight the fastest. I took Prothinspo's Hydroxylim/

diet products.This study set out to determine the efficacy of a calcium/potassium salt of 60% HCA extract from Garcinia cambogia
alone and in combination with niacin-bound chromium and a standardized Gymnema Sylvestre Extract on weight-loss parameters in
human volunteers. I know blah blah, but  In a double-blind fashion,
60 moderately obese individuals were randomly assigned to three
groups.
Group 1 received just calcium/potassium salt of 60% HCA extract from Garcinia cambogia.
Group 2 received the Garcinia cambogia extract, chromium polynicotinate, and Gymnema sylvestre extract.
Group 3 received a placebo. All subjects received a 2000 kcal/day diet, participated in supervised walking five times per week, and
took their assigned test supplements 3 times daily, 30 to 60 minutes before meals.
Test measurements were then performed throughout the study, evaluating changes in bodyweight, body mass index (BMI), appetite,
blood lipids, and markers of fat oxidation.
After 8 weeks,
Group 1 lost an average of 10 pounds, Group 2 lost 12.54 pounds, and the placebo group lost 3.53 pounds. At 8 weeks,
both Group 1 and 2 were found to have lost significantly more weight than the placebo group. A reduction in appetite was also
demonstrated in both Group 1 and 2. In addition, both Group 1 and 2 showed a significant increase in indicators of fat breakdown. It
was concluded that supplementation with the combination of (-)– hydroxycitric acid (HCA-SX), niacin-bound chromium, and Gymnema
Sylvestre Extract can help people with weight management.
 Very Cool Huh? So there is more...
The next study was an 8 week study....In this 8-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human trial, 30 moderately obese
subjects were divided into three groups. Group 1 received just the calcium/potassium salt of 60% HCA extract from Garcinia
cambogia. Group 2 received Garcinia cambogia extract, chromium polynicotinate, and Gymnema sylvestre extract. Group 3 received
a placebo. All subjects were placed on a 2000 kcal/day diet; ingested the assigned test supplements 3 times daily, 30 to 60 minutes
prior to meals; and participated in supervised walking five times per week. At the end of 8 weeks, Group 1 lost, on average, 12.1
pounds. Group 2 lost, on average, 14.99 pounds. Group 3 lost, on average, 3.06 pounds. At the end of the study period, weight-loss
values in both Group 1 and Group 2 were significantly greater than in the placebo group. Moreover, the placebo group showed a slight
increase in food consumption, while the HCA groups both showed a significant reduction in appetite compared to placebo. Based on
the results from this study, it was concluded that the unique HCA extract used in this trial, either alone or in combination with
Gymnema Sylvestre Extract and niacin-bound chromium, is effective in helping control appetite, increase fat oxidation, and promote
weight loss.
