She claims they're just good friends...who occasionally have trailer sex when they

boyfriend Robert Pattinson. The actress has been
doing some promotional things and even a photo
shoot for Vogue. Photographers spotted KStew out
and about in the city of love, and now video
compiling some of those moments has emerged.
Despite the ever-present, swarming paparazzi, the
Breaking Dawn actress couldn't resist greeting
fans, signing some autographs, and even posing
for a couple of photos with them!
While it was impossible for her to take the time for
everyone, she proved that like Robert Pattinson,
she appreciates her fans. Kristen Stewart is
definitely gracious, and it was so nice of her to stop
and say hi to her fans, even if it was only for a few
minutes.
