Almost all magazines lately have started really crittizing celebrities about fat, since of course all you Prothinspoer’s
out there already know, celebrities aren’t allowed to have fat. British rag’s that is their tabloids for you American’s
who don’t know, they are in love about talking about celebrity fat and they call it “ thigh spillage”, so funny. Last
week I was talking about  “Muffin Top” and of course over the pond they have a different term for it all and I just
started laughing so I am passing it on. British rag Grazia has found a new fashionable region to focus on, and it is the
thighs. They think the celebrities. Such as
Blake Lively, Audrina Patridge, and Lady Gaga are guilty of "thigh
spillage," or muffin top of the thigh region created by wearing over-the-knee boots that are too tight.

Which made me think of “knee fat” this is going to be a big one next and well, I figured I would put together a page on
how to get rid of knee fat and cellulite, without having to go through nasty injections or surgery. This is what I do and
have always done throughout my entire life, tell people how to get rid of fat in specific areas.  Yes, it is true that you
lose fat through your circulatory system and this means you technically can’t lose weight only in one specific area,
but I can say this after many years of working in the gym business you can lose weight  all over and reduce certain
areas of your body and or tighten and tone them. So let me tell you one thing about knee fat, if you want to get rid of
it, first start with some good lotion any lotion, this will keep the skin moist and make it easier once you start any
exercise routine for the skin to tighten up on it’s own.  Okay, now you made the decision… You are going to put some
lotion on those bad boys.

The next modify your diet. Sorry if you are getting knee fat some diet modification is in consideration.
The question of which diet has been a matter of contention for quite some time; with regard to these dietary theories
and to their authors, I will say this: any diet that is a balance between protein, fiber, organic sugars, and
carbohydrates will help you lose weight so long as the number of calories you consume is lessened to some extent.
The extent to which you starve yourself is up to you, but I would suggest starting with this formula and figuring out
exactly how many calories you should be taking in and I think you will be surprised. (
click here to get the formula  )
Many people think that they need 1200 calories a day for a good diet, this is not true and many doctors put people on
500 calorie a day diets and yes!!!! They do just fine! Sorry to blow your bubble for those of you out there who eat 1200
calories a day and don’t exercise at all are eating way to many calories than the body can actually burn off.
Next take a look at your diet.

Are you eating exactly the calories a day and or exercises enough to burn them, I suggest downloading this daily diet
journal. This will help you make sure you are actually doing what you are supposed to be doing. Are you drinking 8
glasses of water a day? Are you? Yes, you out there reading this now and thinking…. Nope. Start drinking up my
friend many studies show that drinking water promotes weight loss, helps release stored body fat, and well…. Makes
you feel full, which stops you from eating too much.

One of the best ways to lose fat for any person besides diet is…..Aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise benefits you in
two ways: first, it helps exercise your heart, your cardiovascular system, and second, it helps you burn calories as
quickly as you can run. Anything like dancing, running, walking, jogging, playing basketball, tennis, or soccer is
considered aerobic exercise, so long as your heart rate is high enough for that 20 minute duration. Now we are
talking about knee fat and how to get rid of it so I am going to tell you that yes, you will lose weight all over but I have
found that this particular exercise has helped many of my members tighten up that nasty knee fat so they could put
on those cute boots we all love to wear in NYC in the fall ( they boot falls just below the knee and if you have knee). If
you have knee fat try Plyometrics.

This is part of what
wiki has to say on this subject… Plyometrics is a type of exercise training designed to produce
fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system, generally for the purpose of improving
performance in sports. Plyometric movements, in which a muscle is loaded and then contracted in rapid sequence,
use the strength, elasticity and innervation of muscle and surrounding tissues to jump higher, run faster, throw
farther, or hit harder, depending on the desired training goal. Plyometrics is used to increase the speed or force of
muscular contractions, providing explosiveness for a variety of sport-specific activities.Plyometric training involves
practicing plyometric movements to toughen tissues and train nerve cells to stimulate a specific pattern of muscle
contraction so the muscle generates as strong a contraction as possible in the shortest amount of time.
Wiki is awesome if you want to read more about this you can click the link above for the rest of their discription.
The most important thing that you should get out of reading the above statements about Plyometrics is that the
movements use the muscles surround the tissues, hello… this is what causes knee fat. So ….. A plyometric
contraction involves first a rapid muscle lengthening movement (eccentric phase), followed by a short resting phase
(amortization phase), then an explosive muscle shortening movement (concentric phase), which enables muscles to
work together in doing the particular motion. Plyometric training engages the myostatic reflex, which is the automatic
contraction of muscles when their stretch sensory receptors are stimulated..
Plyometric exercises use explosive movements to develop muscular power. Plyometric training acts on the nerves,
muscles, and tendons to increase an athlete's power output without necessarily increasing their maximum strength
capacity.
Of course this is a hard workout and you should consult a doctor first before starting any diet or exercise program

With that said, let’s move onto some great Plyometric exercises, the best I found are pretty simple. You don’t need to
go to a gym you can do this in a small space and you can do it pretty much anywhere. So this is my tip to get rid of
knee fat do some Plyometric exercises and watch your diet and of course keep some lotion on them so that the skin
will keep it from wrinkling up from the weight loss. I do of course suggest if you are losing weight to put lotion all over
your body to protect it from stretch marks and sagging any drug store or local supermarket brand will do today.
If you have cellulite you should take a Chadebugre supplement to reduce the appearance of the cellulite from the
inside out. This gives  your body a head start to the weight loss,

Hope this helps you with your knee fat problem!
