Kenny’s Diet
Kenny’s diet includes a lot of chicken, broccoli, turkey sandwiches, and grilled salmon. Kenny
keeps his fridge stocked with sugar free beverages, vegetables and fresh fruit, so he can make
healthy choices for his snacks. A typical breakfast for Kenny would consist of egg whites, and
wheat toast with a slice of tomato. Kenny always has a protein shake after his workouts.
