Ripa: Portion Control Is Key
Kelly, who's the mother of three young children, has the
super-ripped, taut physique of someone years younger. As she
approaches her 40s, Ripa has gotten even more conscientious
about her diet and overall fitness. Kelly, who enjoys fruit, nuts and
yogurt as snacks, says portion control is the key for staying lean.
"I'll have an apple or carrot sticks in my purse so I'm not reaching
for potato chips."
