Kate Moss forgives Courtney Love for ruining her vintage gown
It's been a hard day's night for Kate Moss. The supermodel proved she is as energetic as ever by going to
no fewer than four parties.
Still, Moss wasn't too busy to make up with Courtney Love, who was responsible for ruining her vintage gold
satin gown at the V&A's Golden Age of Couture exhibition earlier this week. Party-go-round: Last night Kate
Moss started off the night at a Gordon Ramsay dinner with Davinia Taylor; the model then hit the Fashion
for Relief show with Sir Philip Green VIP: Moss at the Stella McCartney/Adidas launch with Courtney Love
and Stella; Moss moved onto the FrostFrench party with Sadie Frost, Kelly Osbourne and Jemima French
The 43-year-old American singer, not noticing Moss's two-foot train, stomped all over the delicate satin, with
the model anxiously looking over her shoulder to discover a tiny rip in the material.
As the rip grew, there was nothing for it but to hoist the full-length skirt to safety and tie it just below her hip.
It's clear that Moss was able to forgive Love the red carpet misstep - the pair were spotted chatting together
at a party for Stella McCartney.
Last night, Moss started off the night by breaking bread with Gordon Brown at a charity dinner hosted by
Gordon Ramsay. Next stop was Naomi Campbell's Fashion for Relief event at the Natural History Museum
where she sat next to Top Shop boss Sir Philip Green.
He had donated £100,000 to the charity and declared: "Kate Moss is going to add another £25,000."
There was still time to pop into an Adidas fashion show put on by Stella McCartney by the West Way with
Love - and then celebrate the opening of pal Sadie Frost's Frostfrench clothes store in Islington.
Moss carried on partying with her man Jamie Hince, guitarist with The Kills, at the end of the night. Go Kate.
