I was 12 years old. When I eat breakfast, I’ll have an egg-white omelette
and fruit, or cottage cheese and a peach. For lunch, I’ll have a salad.
Dinner is usually vegetables and chicken or fish. During the day I’ll have
some dried fruit, or I’ll have a chocolate or strawberry frozen yogurt. I don’

Jessica Alba has become, she’s definitely still a hottie. Obviously it has
had affect on how hot she is, but not so much where I’m not attracted to
her, and it’s definitely not going to stop me from posting pictures of her
showing off her breasts in a fancy shiny bra. Still, even with Alba showing
off said breasts, there’s just no way I’m going to pay money to see the
stinking pile of crap known as the Love Guru.

Jessica Alba

From the early age of 12 Jessica Alba decided to modify her diet so she wouldn't follow in the foot steps of
her heavily overweight family. She eats a balanced diet and shies away from eating carbs to keep her body
in svelte shape for many of her more revealing roles.

Jessica sticks to a regime of lean meats, vegetables, egg whites and cottage cheese, and snacks on dried
fruit and frozen yogurt to satisfy her sweet tooth.

Jessica Alba: Four months after giving birth
Weight - 61kg
Height - 168cm

"Only four months after having baby daughter Honor Marie. Jessica Alba, 27, has unveiled her stunning
post-baby body while on holiday in Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. The Fantastic Four actress - who at her
lightest was just 46kg - flaunted her fab figure as she frolicked by the pool on holiday with husband Cash
Warren, 29, and their baby daughter who was born in June. "Jessica looked so amazing in that bikini," says
a spy of the trim star’s svelte figure. "She has worked so hard to regain her killer bod and still has lumps
and bumps in all the right places. Boy, has she bounced back!"

Diet
Her diet is light usually and has a salad for lunch and chicken or fish with vegetables for dinner or sushi as
well. Jessica does not eat deserts or bread & eats 6-7 small meals all day. Jessica picks healthy snacks like
dried fruit or almonds. She follows a modified version of the South Beach diet, but her diet secret is portion
control says her trainer.

Jessica allows herself to eat treats here and there that way she limits her cravings for them. She knows
how to keep her eating habits under control. She likes to have dinner out, but will only eat half of the food
on the plate. Says her trainer.

Typical Diet Example:
Breakfast – 1 cup oatmeal with berries with 3-4 scrambled egg whites when working on the film set.

Lunch - Salad with 170 gms (6 ounces) of chicken breast or fish (salmon, tuna)

Dinner – Sashimi or or 170 gms (6 ounces) of petit filet of beef or other lean protein with unlimited veggies
and 3 small red potatoes

Snacks - handful of almonds or hot air popped popcorn
Exercise
Jessica works out 5 days a week for 45mins to 1 hour a day. One of Jessica workouts is doing circuit
training. She begins on a treadmill or the Elliptical Machine for 10 mins with a target heart rate of 180bpm.

Then stops and does abs and lunges. Then she gets back on treadmill for 10 mins, then stops and does
light weights. Working the Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders. She does this process for a total of 4 sets.

Jessica is big on cardio with an elliptical, stationary bike or treadmill for 30 minutes four times a week.

Quotes
“I have to look good but I hate to exercise. I get so bored so I just do anything that keeps me from wanting
to kill myself when I am in the gym, like listening to my music on level 100.”

“When I work out, I have energy and feel good about myself.”

“I think people imagine I’m on a diet all the time, but I indulge. Just the other day I had grilled cheese, soup
and salad for lunch and I eat dessert pretty much every day.”

“I don’t eat a lot of big meals, though, so maybe that balances it out a bit. But I do need to get my sweet
tooth under control.”

“I have a sensitive system. If I eat really badly, I get nauseous, so I have to eat healthily. I drink so much
coffee, though – I’m addicted to caffeine and I get headaches when I stop drinking it. That means I don’t
have a lot of room for healthy food.
Jessica’s Pregnancy Workout
Jessica continued to workout while she was pregnant.  Her workout included 10 to 15 minutes of cardio –
usually on the stationery bike, and the length of the workout varied depending on how she felt.  Jessica
also did a lot of standing stretches, arm circles, and many yoga poses such as; Downward Dog and Cat/Cow.
During her pregnancy Jessica did more stretching she ever has done.

“We’ve been doing a lot more stretches and gentle exercises for strengthening her core. She does
Cat/Cow, Downward Dog and Plank – but now she puts her knees down – and for strengthening her back,
she does seated rows using a band, instead of a lat pull downs,” says Ramona Braganza; Jessica’s long
time Personal Trainer.

“She does my “3-2-1 Workout,” which is based on 3 cardio segments, 2 circuit segments and one core
segment, that you rotate through the week. That’s what she was doing up until her second trimester, then it
was too much, so we took it down,” says Ramona.  Six months into Jessica’s pregnancy she eased up big
time on working out.

Jessica’s Post Baby Diet
Jessica didn’t go any specific diet to lose her pregnancy weight, but she is conscious of what she is eating.
“Now I’m starting to eat more healthy. Because after working out, having fried chicken and mashed
potatoes is a little counteractive.”

“She has always loved fruits, berries and vegetables, so she is doing what she wants to do. She has
become even more health conscious because of the baby.” Ramona Braganza

Jessica’s Post Baby Workout
‘I lost the tummy just breastfeeding. I wear a band that my girlfriend wore after she gave birth.’  “I started
working out last Thursday, but for 20 minutes. I do cardio on my own. I’m doing it slow.”

Trainer Ramona Braganza Tells What Jessica’s favorite Exercises. “Jessica loves to do back exercises —
the rows, the lat pull downs — and she also loves riding the bike, watching T.V. or reading. And now she
likes some stretches — there is a stretch we do that opens her hips, a kind of sciatic stretch, also one she
does on a Pilates machine.  She doesn’t really like squats or lunges, but she knows they are important, so
we do them anyway.”

Quotes
“I never felt less … (attractive.)”  “I mean, I wouldn’t have changed it for the world … but I wanted to get rid
of all the weight.” Referring to how she felt about her body when she was pregnant.

“Nothing was planned – the pregnancy or the wedding.”  “But he took it in his stride and convinced me we’
d conquer all.”
