Rejoice Jessica Biel fans. Rejoice! That ultra weird relationship between Jessica Biel and Derek Jieter is now over. According to Page Six, Jeter was seen getting very friendly on the dance floor with Gabrielle Union, and if they are broken up, it also explains why Jessica Biel and
Justin Timberlake were flirting at a Golden Globes after party.
It looks like it's over between Derek Jeter and Jessica Biel. Last weekend, Biel flirted with Justin Timberlake while Jeter was at Atlantis in the Bahamas for the Michael Jordan Golf Tournament, where Biel seemed to be the last thing on his mind. Saturday night, Jeter was "flirting
madly" with Gabrielle Union, our source said. When DJ Cassidy played "Put It in Your Mouth" by Akinyle, Jeter and Union dirty-danced before leaving together. A rep for Union said, "They are friends, but they did not hook up."
Now, I'm sure that Justin Timberlake is a cool guy and all that. We all loved "Dick in a Box," but I think Jessica Biel is looking in the wrong direction. It's so cliché to hook up with a super-popular singer. You know, bloggers are all the rage right now, and this one just happens to be
single too...
Whatever. It's not gonna happen, I know. I'll just make my self feel better by checking out the rest of these Jessica Biel pictures after the jump.
this is an Egotastic Report... Prothinspo loves him!

Jessica Biel
Jessica Biel has reportedly landed a plum movie role that had been originally intended for troubled actress Lindsay Lohan. Biel, 24, will now play Hester Worsley in the film version of Oscar Wilde’s “A Woman of No Importance,” Myriad Films tells In Touch Magazine.
Lindsay had already announced last week that she was pulling out of the film, saying that she needed to concentrate on getting sober following her decision to seek help, according to our friends at TMZ.com who broke the story. The decision to cast Jessica has
reportedly threatened to reignite a simmering feud between the two starlets.
Source
Well, first Jessica Biel steals Lindsay Lohan’s assistant and now she nabbed the role that Lindsay bowed out of due to rehab. So technically she didn’t steal the part but let’s be honest, I’m pretty sure the producers are more than happy that Jessica and her ass-ets
are going to be on set for at least 3 months. Mind you Lindsay isn’t too shabby but no one likes a brat – even a hot big boobied brat. Anyway, I have a feeling Lindsay made a big mistake here, because everyone knows that if you pass on a role and your enemy ends
up taking it, usually that smells Oscar

Jessica Biel Snubbed By Justin
Timberlake After Sundance Tryst
The brief romance between Justin
Timberlake and rumored fling Jessica
Biel is over.
Biel stayed with Timberlake at a resort
during the Sundance Film Festival last
month, but the two avoided each other
recently in Los Angeles.
Timberlake ran into Biel on Valentine's
Day at Los Angeles club Social
Hollywood.
Despite briefly exchanging whispers,
the pair spent most of the night on
opposite sides of the lounge.
They took great pains to avoid each
other and, at one point, were both out
on the dance floor with other partners,
dancing back-to-back.
A Timberlake pal tells Us Weekly, "He
doesn't want a girlfriend. He doesn't
want to settle down."
Timberlake has also been romantically
linked to Scarlett Johansson.

6/10/08 Jessica Biel lands at LAX on Tuesday amidst rumors of her and Justin Timberlake moving in together and possibly headed for marriage.
Jessica Biel, 26, is currently filming alongside Jake Gyllenhaal (Brokeback Mountain) and James Marsden (X-Men) in her latest movie, Nailed.
Nailed is an original political satire about a naive small town waitress (Biel) who accidentally gets a nail buried in her head, causing erratic and outrageous behavior that leads her to Washington DC. There she falls for a dashing, but clueless, Congressman who searches for the courage to save her. click here.

Jessica Biel eats small meals five times a day to fire up her metabolism mostly lean meats and vegetables. For breakfast she might put a scoop of chocolate protein powder in her oatmeal for more energy. Jessica avoids sugar, dairy and flour. Low
fat and Low Carbohydrate.
Exercise
Jessica works out 6 days a week alternating between cardio and body work, her personal trainer is Jason Walsh. Three days focusing on muscle development and toning by doing lunges, crunches, squats, core work, light weights with high reps
working the Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps (3 set of 10-12 reps). Then three-day a week of a cardio regimen. Jessica keeps very active playing volleyball, surfing and hiking. She also enjoys yoga. She has worked with fitness expert Denise Austin

Her Trainer Talks
Stretch – One of her favorite warm-ups is the walking lunge. “This stretches the larger leg and glute muscles,” says Walsh. How-to: With feet together, lunge first with right leg. Bring left foot alongside right. Lunge with left. Do 8-10 per leg.
Cardio – “It’s the cardio that leans her out,” says Walsh. After a ½-mile jog, they hit the track for two 200-meter, 150-meter and 100-meter sprints.
Core – “Hanging leg raises don’t build a six-pack, but they flatten,” says Walsh. “Jessica hates them, but she powers through!”
How-to – Hanging from a high bar or rings, pull knees up slightly above waist. Do three sets of 15 repetitions.
Biometricks – “These hurt,” says Walsh of stair jumping. “Even athletes hate them. After Jessica did these the first time, she would’ve punched me if she had the energy.” How-to: Jump from the bottom step of a flight of at least 20 stairs to the third.
Keep going, skipping a stair each jump.
Weight Training – “We tend to use lighter weights and do more reps,” he says. “We keep moving, so it becomes a cardio workout too.” For the waist: They do the Russian Twist. Sit down and lean back slightly. Hold a 5-lb. medicine ball and twist
from side to side, 15 twists per side, three reps.
For shoulders/biceps – Stand with knees slightly bent. Hold 10-lb. weights in each hand. Curl to chest. Rotate hands, palms face outward. Press overhead together. Do 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
Body Exercises like a walking lunges and stretching. For her flat stomach she does, hanging leg raises & Russian twists with a 5lb medicine ball, all done while moving for extra cardio benefit.
Drills & Sprints She will also get on the track and run drills and sprints. Her trainer runs her through an intense workout with lots of full body movements and sport activities. 1. Change is good!
Jessica Biel’s trainer, Jason Walsh, likes to keep his client mentally stimulated. “I’m a big advocate of recreational sports and stuff. If someone can get out there, even if it’s a hike or something like that, just to break up the monotony of going to the
gym…I really like that.”
2. Hard work is even better.
According to Walsh, Biel’s workouts are intense. “We do full body movements. You are pretty much using as many muscles at once, which in turn will jack that heart rate up.”
3. Food is not the enemy.
If you’re out and about as Walsh recommends, you need snacks and drinks to give you sustained energy. He suggests “really organic and clean foods, all natural, like nuts.” Also, “an amino acid drink, so that you’re not burning up a lot of your
muscle, or protein.”
4. Everything old is new again.
Walsh loves to use medicine balls with his intermediate to advanced level clients. “Get a medicine ball and do a lunge with a twist while you are holding the ball. Those are great. You are activating so many muscles at once, and you are using
those muscles over so many different plains.”
5. Healthy meals can be tasty.
Harley Pasternak, who works with Eva Mendes and Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl, taught both of the actresses how to cook meals with some easy, healthy substitutions. “Breakfast would be whole grain bread French toast with egg whites
and cinnamon. For a mid-morning snack, they’d do a mixed-berry protein shake. Lunch might be sweet potato tuna melt. An afternoon snack might be hummus with celery sticks. Dinner would be spaghetti and meatballs with spaghetti squash and
meatballs made of turkey or chicken breast.”
6. Just because it’s trendy doesn’t mean it works.
Pasternak doesn’t do yoga or pilates with his clients. “Those are great forms of exercise for stability and balance, but neither one of those is going to change your body dramatically like training with weights does.”
7. The “F” word is not all bad.
Rachel McAdams’ trainer, Jerry Owen, says, “The biggest problem is that people are fat phobic. It¹s clinically proven that we need healthy fat in our diets. You need to eat a balanced diet but not be afraid of fat, like Omega 3 fatty acids like
walnuts, olive oil and even coconut oil.”
8. Focus on your whole body – not just problem areas.
Owens tells Us the best way to lose weight and tone up is “to blend nutrition, exercise, and physical therapy. The body responds better. People get too wrapped up in doing isolated movement, like being very body part specific.”
9. All Cardio and no lifting makes for bad workouts.
“People get too cardio-crazy and need to do more weight lifting,” says Owens. He explains that for many people on elliptical machines, “their heart Rate is about the same as if they were shopping around a mall.”
10. Everybody needs a break.
Owens delivers the best news possible: working out for more than an hour is a “waste of time.” He suggests gym-goers “take one to two days off a week: have a massage, make sure you get plenty of rest. The muscles actually change when they’
re recovering.”

“I’m comfortable with my body and who I am because I work out a lot. I walk my dogs for 30 to 45 minutes each day. I do yoga and I like to play soccer. A great exercise is one-legged squats with an exercise ball at your tail bone up against a wall.
You should do at least 12 of those and three sets.”
