5/2010 Jennifer Hawkins has a thinspirational body. But, she was noticing
something was wrong with her workouts and the results. Instead of keeping her
sleek figure she noticed that she was starting to bulk up because she was
using too many weights. She said,“It [her body] was starting to not look very
feminine.”She decided to cut weights completely out of her routine and instead
do high-impact cardio to burn fat and then tone up with yoga and pilates. In 2010
she now workouts 90 minutes a day, six days a week.
In addition, she’s following a high-protein, vegetable packed diet to build lean
muscle tissue. Soon she launches her new range of underwear, Lovable, she
felt good during the photoshoot and happy with her feminine physique. She
explained,“I feel healthy from the inside out. I have a new love for working out,
you get to a whole new level!”
