When Janet Jackson was on Oprah she discussed her weight gain and loss secrets. She confirmed that she definitely gained the weight for a movie role which was 60 pounds in all! I am sorry but no movie could make me gain that much weight. Then she never did the movie.... how messed up is that? Anyway, I am sure you all want to know how she did it.... How did she really lose the weight?
Well, she had both a nutritionist and a trainer, of course. The trainer worked her out pretty hard several times a week. Her nutritionist had her eat small, healthy meals every three hours or so.
