Dear Jodee,
I have heard of many people and celebrities who have just starved
themselves to take weight off, I know this sounds funny, but how do you
starve yourself? I am taking
Prothinspo’s Dietslim/ Hydroxy product so to be
really honest I am not that hungry to begin with. I need to take off 5lbs really

Let's be clear: It is not healthy to habitually starve yourself. The definition of
starve, however, differs from person to person. "Starving" is completely
acceptable in some cultures. You could be starving yourself for a religious
fasting day. Or you could be severely limiting your food intake to fight an
illness. Fasting is used for medicinal purposes in some cultures. Whatever the
reason, use the concept for productive purposes instead of self-destructive
ones. You will have to eat some food; just not much.

Eat a piece of fruit--such as a slice of apple or banana each morning. This will

Otherwise, don't eat anything.

Drink plenty of water. The water will help make your stomach feel full.

that humans consume comes from food. If you add lemon to your water you

Sleep for more than eight hours per day. Your body will be physically drained
of energy during starvation mode, so you must give it more sleep than you
normally do. Another bonus: Sleeping keeps you away from food.

Crunch on some ice chips if you are feeling a hunger craving. This will help
you feel as if you are eating something substantial.

Chew on some sugarless gum if you want something to "eat" and you have
already had your designated piece of fruit. Not only will you get a taste of
something sweet, the chewing motion can help you trick yourself into thinking
