| Since I started this site 11/28/06, Prothinspo has had millions of readers. I want to say that because this site is for entertainment purposes I hope that everyone realizes the importance of good nutrition and healthy lifestyles. It is important to stay focused on your goals.... But not crazy over them! As far as the pictures and information on my site...... When I find photographs off the Internet, tips, tricks and articles I know that I am not great at recording sources as I should be. I'm working on it and it will be posted with the photo or article... In the meantime, if you know the source of anything on this site, please let me know, and I will immediately give credit where credit is due. If I have posted any photographs that you have taken and you would like me to take them down, just let me know, and I'll happily comply. Please just email me and let me know.
