who showed up to The Butterfly Ball
event last night. The Ball supports an
organization called Chrysalis which
provides jobs for homeless men and
women. None of whom were in
attendance last night.

"We love it, and we really believe in it,"
Demi told the press. And we believe in
those sex bangs, Demi!


Unusually Healthy Diet
Demi’s secret? The raw food diet! Although this low fat
diet has been criticized by the medical and scientific
community as nonsense, recent studies have brought to
light that all heated and most processed foods do indeed
contain carcinogens, a brand of toxins that are often
cancer-causing in tests on mice and rats. What exactly IS
the raw vegan diet? It is a diet program that consists of
unheated and unprocessed fruits, vegetables, nuts and
seeds….everything preferably organic and as fresh as
possible.

It’s not just that the diet doesn’t contain toxins, but it is
also extremely nutrient dense. In heated foods almost all
of the nutrients are destroyed or damaged. So when you
eat raw diet food you are getting 1000’s of times more
nutrients than you would otherwise get! This very natural
diet is what we’d all be eating if we weren’t in
“civilization” anway! So it makes a person seem
supernaturally young, beautiful, fit, healthy, glowing, vital
and energetic – as in the case of Demi Moore. But you
have to realize that this is our natural state. Demi should
be the norm for a 40-year young woman. We’re now just
comparing her to a society that is radically un-natural and
unhealthy, where we eat about 90-100% cooked and
processed (denatured) foods. According to thegardendiet.
com, the raw food diet has benefited people losing
weight, preventing cancer, and overcoming depression,
acne, candida and chronic fatigue. It has also been
reported that Demi Moore uses herbal teas and vitamins
to help boost her energy and keeping her alert.


THE Workout
So, what does Demi do to stay in top shape? Moore is
into Pilates, big time, she has worked out to the P90X
DVDs (which have cardio and yoga programs). We talked
to Demi Moore’s trainer, Gregory Joujon-Roche. Joujon-
Roche is the founder of Gregory Joujon-Roche’s Holistic
Fitness, a health and fitness training program that
focuses on overall well-being, not just physical fitness.
Joujon-Roche gave this treadmill exercise to
fitnessmagazine.com to make the most of your cardio
and get a better butt while you’re at it.

Treadmill Tactics

After warming up with treadmill exercise by walking for
three minutes, increase the incline to level 8, hold on to
the handles, and pretend that you’re trudging through the
mud.

Bend your knees and dig into the treadmill with your
heels for one to two minutes, then lower the incline back
to 1 for one to two minutes to recover.

Repeat this cycle 10 times.

You’ll increase your calorie burn as you sculpt a sexy
butt.

Demi Moore’s hairstylist Tara Smith adds some other
interesting tips that help gain a look as fresh as the
actress’: “No one has better hair than Demi. It’s naturally
jet black, not one grey! I attribute it to her healthy
lifestyle. She drinks loads of water, eats greens and
seaweeds. She doesn’t carry a lot of stress.”

Erin Ayanian Mon is hair-stylist to Demi Moore, so it gave
her pleasure in explaining to smh.com: “She has flawless
skin. There’s nothing to cover up. We just give her skin a
glow with a creme blush and use a lot of sunscreen.”
However, Demi Moore’s secret was revealed by her a
few years back when she said she covers herself in
blood-sucking leeches to help keep her skin look fresh.

After just four days living off lemon juice, maple syrup
and Cayenne pepper, Demi Moore decided to give up the
10 days Master Cleanse diet and go on a different
direction. The 47-year-old actress realized that she
needed to include some real food in her diet if she wants
to survive.

Moore tweeted this week that she has switched to the 21-
day Clean Program, created by cardiologist Dr. Alejandro
Junger. Her diet includes a shake for breakfast, and for
lunch one vegetable, one protein and one grain.

Although her fans disagree with her new diet, arguing
she’s starving herself yet again, Moore tweeted:

“There is no starving involved! It is all about nourishing
the body!”

Gwyneth Paltrow is also a fan of the Clean Program and
she claims it helped her lose weight and detox her body.

“I feel pure and happy and much lighter (I dropped the
extra pounds that I had gained during a majorly fun and
delicious ‘relax and enjoy life phase’ about a month
ago),” Paltrow said.

Dr. Junger insists that the Clean Program helps the body
detox and function properly.

“’The majority of these common ailments are the direct
result of toxin build-up in our systems that has
accumulated during the course of our daily lives.”
