CHRISTINA MILIAN LOST 20 POUNDS post 10/8/07
I've been talking to so many celebrities lately with all the fashions shows going on and
backstage parties. Recently I talked with Christina Milian and had to tell her she looked
very Prothinspoian.She told us like so many other people she was doing the liquid
protein fruit and veggie diet. I laughed because when I first started this site I had the diet
up... I noticed recently that some how my server lost the page!! So of course I put the diet
back up click here to read it...Anyway, Christina looks amazing and the diet is definetly
working for her. I asked her what she did... Did she have to cleanse first? "Yes, I wasn't
the most healthiest eater in the world, but now I feel really in control of my appetite and I
fit into my cloths better than ever" Looking at her, I can tell you personally she did look
frigging good.
You can really see the difference... "now when I show my belly, I feel like Janet Jackson
in the early days".... She is really funny. Good for her for losing the extra weight and get
ready for everyone to start talking about her and noticing her now... I told her " Today if
you are super skinny you are a star... You'll be everywhere!!" She laughed.

milk a day.
For Lunch
Protein bar or Protein Drink
You can three of any Vegtable or Fruit.. Staying within 300 calories for all three choices.
Snack… One Snack a Day only… Pick from foods under 100 Calories Only! Click here.
You can have a snack. Try to eat Breakfast and Lunch with at least 3 hours between the meals
and the should be at least 2 hours after Lunch
For Dinner
Salad…. Not one for ten people!! A reasonably sized salad for one person.
EFA OilsLemon Juice, Red wine vinegar and dill if you like dill.
For The Starch… Potato or ¼ cup rice. Brown rice preffered!
Protein Dinner Choice is yours limited to 4 ounces
Example: Tofu, Sushi, Fish, Meat, Chicken. If you want you can also substitute your protein in
this meal for 3 more pancakes a protein drink or a protein bar.
