Carmen Electra uses cardio strip tease to stay in amazing
shape. "I have been dancing since I was five-years-old so I
wanted to incorporate things that I have learned over the
years through my experience and Pussycat Dolls being
one of them, which is kinda fun because it's the type of
workout that isn't boring, you learn dance moves, how to
strip-tease and how to give a lap dance. So you never get
bored doing it", says Carmen. She also says, "I try to
workout whenever I can but sometimes I can't so I have to
try to eat healthy just to balance it out."

3/4/2010 Carmen Electra eats a lot of lean protein
and such as chicken, sushi and veggies. She uses
a low carb diet and low fat combination. She is
know to be a Coca cola addict drink 6-10 cans a
day, so she still makes room for a little sugar buzz.

Exercise
Carmen mixes striptease dancing, with regular
exercise. Most days she goes to the gym or goes
walking, sit-ups or just dances. She is the creator
