The romance between Cameron Diaz and Diddy must be casual or
over, because she was seen out on a dinner date with Paul Sculfor, the
hot British male model who first gained tabloid fame by stepping out
with Jennifer Aniston last June. The gossip mill claimed at the time that
Sculfor was just using Aniston for her fame and money, and if that was
true he may be up to his old tricks again. US Weekly says he had Diaz
laughing a lot over their romantic dinner and that she looked “really
flirty.” Diaz used to date jabbering John Mayer, who is now dating
Sculfor’s ex, Jennifer Aniston, which essentially means they’ve
switched partners:

[On Saturday] Diaz went on a dinner date with Aniston’s model ex Paul
Sculfor.

The two hit up Il Ristorante di Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, California,
Sunday.

“Cameron was laughing at everything he said — she didn’t stop
smiling,” an onlooker told Usmagazine.com. “She was really flirty and
had three or four of her buttons undone.”

The story we reported on earlier today about Diaz and Diddy at Prince’
s party happened last month, and the news is just getting out now. I
thought when I first heard this that she might be dating two guys at
once, not that there’s anything wrong with that. If you’re famous and
dating there must be a way to keep it relatively quiet if you don’t hit the
parties and hot spots. You’ve probably got to pick out of the way
places, but even then other guests and staff still might blab.

Cameron talked about being single and dating in her much-quoted
interview in In Style, in which she exclaimed “I love sex!” She said
“People think if you’re single, you are incomplete. No. The thing is, I
don’t want to be in a relationship that makes me incomplete.” She also
said she’s dating and that it’s not a big deal “I’m a woman. Of course I’
m dating. And is that so surprising? Oh my god, she’s dating!”

3/3/2010 Cameron Diaz eats junk food in moderation and follows a low
carb diet, but not the Atkins diet. She is firm believer in never skipping
breakfast. She stopped eating pork when she learned that pigs have a
mental capacity similar to that of a 3-year-old child. “But I started
eating pork again, because it’s so goddamned good” she says with a
smile as wide as a freeway. Food is one of my biggest pleasures. I
love to eat. I love to cook. I love to feed people.”

When she needs to drop weight she will:
Drinks a vegetable-broth soup before dinner, low-calorie, broth based
soups that are about 100-150 calories per serving. No canned soups.
Her favorite Soup cookbook, 400 Best-Ever Soups by Anne Sheasby.
Chew sugar free gum to curb her cravings for sugary sweets.
Reverse Diet, in which you eat a large meal for breakfast, have a
regular lunch and a small evening meal. Her favourite breakfast is eggs
and garlic, rice with broccoli and chicken or beef. As a surfer’s meal,
Cameron says “I eat it first thing, go out and don’t feel hungry for
hours.”
Exercise
For the movie Charlie’s Angels she worked out eight hours a day, five
days a week for three months. These days she works out at home or
gym. Her workout consists of 30 min on elliptical trainer and 30 minutes
doing lightweights, reverse lunges and pilates. Cameron also enjoys
golfing and has worked with trainer Teddy Bass Cameron is very active
and enjoys surfing, snow boarding, hiking, and pilates.

Actress Cameron Diaz is one of the hottest celebrities in Hollywood and I know that she is a
thinspiration for many Prothinspoer’s out there….. She’s not just popular for her great romantic comedies but she’s
also respected for her trained body that she works hard to keep.. Here are five simple exercises to help you get
Cameron’s arms.

1. Alt bicep curls on ball: Targets biceps, improves core strength and stability
Sit on a ball with feet on floor. Put a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing in. Bend left elbow upward
rotating the forearm so the palm faces your shoulder. Pause, then lower to the starting position. Repeat with
other arm.
Beg: 1-2 sets, 12 reps
Int/Adv: 2-3 sets, 12 reps
2. Side Plank/Shoulder Raise: Targets deltoids, latissimus dorsi, trapezius, abdominals and back
Place left hand on floor directly in line with left shoulder and extend both legs sideways placing the left foot
behind the right. Keep abs tight to maintain body in straight line. Put a dumbbell in the right hand and lift it to
shoulder height and then lower to starting position.
Beg: 1 set, 12 reps each side
Int/Adv: 2 sets, 12 reps each side
3. Pushups on fitness ball: Targets chest, core, abs and lower back
Do traditional pushups but have your shins resting on the top of a fitness ball. Be sure to keep the body straight
as you lower to the floor and push back up.
Beg: 1 set, 12 reps
Int/Adv: 2-3 sets, 12 reps
4. Overhead Press on Fitness Ball: Targets deltoids lower back, abdominals
Sit on a fitness ball and hold two dummbbells at the shoulders with palms facing out. Extend the arms and lift
the dumbbells straight over your head. Pause, and then return to starting position.
Beg: 1 set, 12 reps
Int/Adv: 2-3 sets, 12 rep
5. Tradeoffs: Targets core and midsection and upper body
Lie on the floor on your back and put the fitness ball between your legs and have arms straight overhead. Raise
your legs and arms until they meet in the middle and transfer the ball to your hands. Lower arms and legs until
straight on the floor again. Then raise them again and transfer ball from hands to legs. Repeat.
All levels: Do 2-3 sets of 15 repetitions
