Britney Spears is set to perform a concert in San Francisco that will air on "Good Morning
America" on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 , which is the same day as the release of her new
album, "Femme Fatale."
"I promise you it will be a morning to remember," Spears, 29, said on the show on Monday.
The 29-year-old pop star premiered her new music video "Hold It Against Me" in
mid-February. The song, which debuted at No. 1 on Bilboard's Hot 100 Singles Chart, is the
lead single off of "Femme Fatale."

There’s no kidding with Britney Spears these days when it comes to her dancers and alcohol. The 29-year-
old singer is trying so hard to change her lifestyle that she’s made it a rule for her dancers not to drink
alcohol before rehearsals. And then there’s her husband, who is not allowed to bring any junk food home so
she doesn’t get tempted and cheat on her strict diet.
Britney is determined to get back in shape. Her diet consists of six high-protein meals a day, and she’s also
working out for three hours a day. In order for her to stick to her diet, she found that the best solution was to
make some house rules. Her dancers are not allowed to mention alcohol or drugs around her, and her
husband is not to bring junk food to the house.
Considering the family’s addiction to fast food, especially hot dogs with pasta, this first step is to be admired.
“Dieting’s hard for Brit,” said a source. “She and Jason love going to drive-thrus and cooking big meals for
the boys like hot dogs with pasta, which is her absolute favourite.” ‘She’s completely turned herself round
and won’t even allow Jason to eat that kind of food anywhere near her,” the insider added.
