I have cellulite. I admit it. But sometimes I just say,
‘Screw it, I am going to wear a bikini. I think I look
good for my age. I am not 25; I am 43. That feels like
a big pressure, especially when the National
Enquirer is dying to get a picture. I am so aware that
I don’t want to change the way I live because of that
kind of attention. So you say, ‘Screw it. I am wearing
a bikini, and I am not putting on a cover-up.’ You
just brace yourself for a bad picture.

What is Cellulite?
There is a great ebook in circulation called “The
Natural Cellulite Solution” that helps woman that
follow it to either eliminate or considerably reduce
their cellulite. Quite few of you have used it with
great results. We are fortunate to be allowed to
include few pages of  “The Natural Cellulite
Solution”  in our post today, because it is important
to understand what is cellulite and why it forms.
Here is an excerpt:

What is Cellulite & Why Do I Have it?
Cellulite is a combination of fat, water and wastes
trapped just beneath the skin which give the skin
that nasty, unattractive, and bumpy appearance.

Cellulite is that unsightly lumpy, dimply, cottage
cheese looking skin that occurs around the thighs,
hips, buttocks and belly resembling an orange peel.

Cellulite can be genetic.  So chances are good that
if your mother had cellulite, you will get it too.
Excess estrogen can also cause, or contribute to
cellulite.

But, more often than not, cellulite is the result of a
poor diet, an over-worked and poorly functioning
lymphatic system, and liver.

When the body’s circulation and elimination
processes becomes overworked, your connective
tissue loses its strength.  This causes un-
metabolized fats and wastes to become trapped,
instead of being expelled through the normal
channels of elimination, causing cellulite.

Indigenous societies usually eat cleaner, less toxic
foods, and beverages, and don’t consume
medication and antibiotics.  Therefore these
indigenous women don’t have cellulite, and
probably have never even heard of cellulite.

About 95% of women have cellulite, and even some
men. The reason more women have cellulite than
men is easily understood from the graphic below.

The thickness of the epidermis, and the differences
in the shapes of the fat chambers in women and
men differ significantly.

As you can see from Figure #1 men have a
honeycomb pattern to their fat chambers, which
keeps their fat less visible.
You can see in Figure #2 how when pinched,
the woman’s fat creates a bumpy appearance,
while the man on the other hand has no major
change when pinched.
The Lymphatic System & Cellulite
The lymphatic system is an elaborate system of thin tubes that run throughout the body.  These tiny
tubes are called ‘lymph vessels’ or ‘lymphatic vessels’.

Signs that your Lymphatic System is Congested:
•    Frequent Colds
•    Frequent Flush
•    Feeling sluggish
•    Having noticeable cellulite, and an overall pudgy, and soft body type.

The lymphatic system does several jobs in the body:

•    Filters Blood
•    Filters Lymph
•    Fights Infection
•    Drains Unused Fluid
•    And is the Key to Immune Defense

The lymphatic system carries “lymph” a clear fluid containing white blood cells, throughout the
body in a similar way that blood circulates, like a heart, but without a pump.

Cellulite can be the result of impaired lymph flow to certain areas, causing immobilized pockets of
fat, and waste to get trapped.  So it is imperitive that you stimulate your lymphatic system to
eliminate cellulite.
