Lindsay Lohan has been
left battered and bruised
after taking pole-dancing
lessons.
The 'Mean Girls' actress has
been having strip-tease
training for her role as a
topless dancer in ' I Know
Who Killed Me', but has
been finding the work-outs
tough.
Lindsay is quoted by the
New York Post newspaper:
"Three hours of
pole-dancing and bruised
everywhere. I mean we're
talking upper and inner
thigh action-bruised - like a
walking black-and-blue
mark.
"I mean really though,
really, I didn't know it was
actually possible to have
bruises in such areas of the
body.
"Strippers dude, I tell you, I
really respect the ****s now.
I'm not going to lie to you."
The 20-year-old's
representative, Leslie
Sloane Zelnik, said: "She's
been in rehearsals for the
film and has been taking
classes from Sheila Kelly.
"Her character is a stripper,
and she now realizes that
the job isn't easy. We
should give these women
credit."
Kelly is famous for
developing the trendy 'S
Factor' aerobic striptease
workout.

Lindsay Lohan says sex is the
most important thing in a
relationship.
The 20-year-old actress - who
has previously admitted to
dating more than one man at a
time - insists if the sex isn't
good she will dump a guy over
his inept bedroom skills.
She told Elle magazine: "If the
sex is bad, the relationship isn't
going anywhere. I like variety, I
think everyone does, especially
at my age.
"But if I'm going to give my
body to someone, I'd rather
them not be with other people.
But I want to be able to if I like
someone else."
Lindsay has been spicing up
her love life of late.
The 'Bobby' star was recently
seen splashing out $820 on
some kinky diamond-encrusted
gold handcuffs at Beverly Hills'
store Fred Segal.
To ensure they didn't end up on
the wrong wrists, Lindsay was
seen putting the key on a gold
necklace as she left the store
with a female friend.

Since I had so many responses to
my last Lindsay Lohan post, here is
another one, updating you on the
latest gossip about her. (Not really
weight-related, but interesting all
the same).
In the photos below, she doesn’t
look as puffy. Sure, there is a run
in her stocking, but sometimes
that can’t be helped. Overall she
only looks a few slight pounds
heavier.
There is a new story about Lindsay
making the rounds… about her
drug and alcohol intake. A friend of
Lindsay’s (perhaps Lindsay’s
former assistant) went to the
National Enquirer about Lindsay’s
drinking, drug and alcohol abuse.
The source revealed:
“She’ll take cocaine which pumps
her up, then painkillers which numb
her, and then smoke cigarettes one
after another. And when she finally
needs to sleep, she’ll take Ambien to
knock herself out.
“And the longer she goes without
sleep, the more paranoid she gets.
“There are times when Lindsay
really thinks people want to kill her.
But she refuses to miss a night of
partying.”
Wow. Now Lindsay is reportedly on
a rampage, and sent several of her
friends a poorly formed, mis-
spelled email which can be seen
here.
Who knows if any of this is true.

to hospital on Thursday (1/4/07).
The 'Mean Girls' actress called in sick to the set of her latest film
'I Know Who Killed Me' on Wednesday (1/3/07), believing she had
flu.
She visited a doctor who carried out several tests and diagnosed
appendicitis.
Lohan's representative Leslie Sloane Zelnik said: "She does have
appendicitis, and she is getting her appendix removed. There is
no drama."
A friend of the actress said: "I'm shocked. I talked to her
Wednesday night and she told me she was not feeling well but
she thought it was a 24-hour-flu."
But sources say Lohan, 20, has been continuing the wild partying
she began in Miami on New Year's Eve.
Despite attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and pledging
to stay sober, eye witnesses say the 'Just My Luck' actress
refused to have any liquor bottles near her when she was
photographed at the New Year party, but was allegedly secretly
drinking vodka from a water bottle.
After calling in sick to work, around 20 friends were seen coming
and going from Lindsay's Los Angeles apartment.
A source said: "They were not there to bring her chicken soup."
Exactly a year ago Lohan was hospitalised with "an asthma
attack" after partying over the New Year period.
Filming on 'I Know Who Killed Me' has been halted until she
recovers.
