Dear Jodee..
Thank you for making me keep my New Year's Resolution and getting me into a bikini again!!
I finally am at my goal weight!! It took 2 months but, I finally did it!!
I lost the 30lbs that were tormenting me for a lifetime!!
I have been taking the BSP, and training 5 days a week. I started my calories at 1350 a day which I thought was going to make
me gain, but I didn't. With the BSP, I had no appetite at random times of the day and my workouts were a 100% more effective
and started seeing results from my crunches, which was really nice to see-- since I had been doing them for years and hadn't
seen these beautiful hip bones or ab's.
I just want to thank you for all your support and visualization. I wanted to tell you what helped me...
I did something that made a difference. It was just a small thing.
I picked a target date to go on a diet. Before I had always said I'll start on Monday, or I'll start on Thursday, whatever. But this
time I picked an actual date, Jan. 16th. It was three weeks away, which I did on purpose, because I was waiting for the BSP to
come and for me to actually go to the gym and get registered... during those three weeks I got ready.
I just kept January, 16th on my mind.
I started on that date!
I have continued my new life and eating habits since then and I can finally say, " I am the skinny one among my friends"
I can't believe that such a tiny thing has made the difference.
Thank you for these amazing products and all your help. Could you please put together a special offer for the BSP!!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!
Love you,
Georgia Stanton
Hello,
I am so glad to hear from you and that you are at your goals. Thank you for passing on what helped you and what you did to get to
your goals. I would like to pass this letter on to the rest of the readers. What you did was great and I do suggest that anyone who
wants to make big changes in their diet and exercise prepare themselves.
First of all, you set a goal. I'll start on that day. Then, you said you prepared yourself. You probably gave yourself time to get used
to the idea, accepting it, and committing to it... And you did some planning too, you got yourself 2 bottles of BSP, joined a gym and
cleaned out your cupboards and shopped for better replacements... Which was great planning on your part and makes attaining
and reaching your goals that much easier...In fact, setting a goal almost always leads to some success. None of your actions are
inconsequential... You made a decision, You made a date and goal and You did it!!!
Good work... Keep it up and Remember to stay focused.
Talk to you soon,
Jodee

Kristi reached her goal weight -- she lost 75 pounds
-- within a year, and has now maintained it for three
years!
135 pounds is perfect -- and much healthier -- for
Dawn's 5'6" frame.
When this photo was taken, Genevieve Eisan
was at her heaviest -- nearly 250 pounds.
Now, she's lost 92 pounds and has kept the
weight off for two years.
Now trim and fit, Kimmarie has maintained
her healthy weight and muscular body for
over a year.
A new-found love of running helped Kara,
now fit and slender, lose 90 pounds.
One of the most difficult parts of losing weight is the feeling that you are not really
making any progress. Even if the numbers on the scale are dipping, you might not
see a visible change when you look into the mirror. That’s why before and after
weight loss photos are so useful.
How to Take Before and After Weight Loss Photos
Before you start taking before and after weight loss pictures, you should set up a
regular schedule. Taking a snapshot once a month will allow you to see a regular
progression in your weight loss.
For before and after photos to be effective, you have to be able to see as much of
your body as possible. If you are comfortable taking a picture naked or in your
underwear, that’s the most effective way. Otherwise, wear a bikini or bathing suit or
tight-fitting clothes like a tank top and biking shorts. If possible, keep your clothing
approximately the same for each picture.
Next you want to set up your shot. You want to have as much of your body as
possible in the photos, but you want to be close enough to clearly see the changes
your weight loss program makes. You might want to take the pictures from the
knees up to help you get a closer shot.
If you do not have a friend or family member that you feel comfortable asking to take
the pictures for you, use the automatic setting on your camera. If possible, take
notes or make a small mark where you stood and where the camera was positioned.
This will help you to keep your before and after pictures uniform.
You’ll want to take pictures in two different poses – one from the front, and one in
profile. This will make changes in your body shape more apparent.
You might be surprised at how much you’ve changed once you compare pictures of
yourself before and after weight loss. When your body shape changes gradually,
you become accustomed to how you look in the mirror. But when you view a
snapshot from a month before, you can see that losing those pounds really did
make a big difference.
After getting out of the Navy, I became too relaxed
and put on a good deal of weight. I started watching
what I ate, but soon realized that I had been eating
way too much; therefore when I ate less, I
automatically felt hungry.
I took this supplement, and it helped me curb my
appetite, and got me working out again. I lost a total
of 60 lbs in 5 months thanks!!
