| Jodee our main writer for Prothinspo has been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Disease. A lymphatic cancer that is non-curable, but treatable. She is really sick and unable to work. Recently she had started feeling worse when she was at her apartment. Feeling very sick when she was at home she started to suspect something was wrong there. Jodee hired a company to investigate the air quality in her apt. then to her surprise they told her she had black mold. Black mold is toxic and they told her she could not live there until the mold was removed and the apartment decontaminated. With her cancer being active, her immune system is incapable of fighting the toxic spores in her apartment. She is now without a home or health. She is living in a motel until she can get the money to fix her unit and pay her medical bills. Prothinspo would like to help and hopes all of you out there will help. | Thousands of designer pieces from the word's finest designers, including limited edition, one-of-a-kind, and celebrity-worn items are sold to raise money for AIDS charities. The sale began on November 15, 2007 with a black-tie gala in New York, followed by three days of shopping open to the public, November 16-18, in New York city. During the period, items will also be auctioned over e-bay. To date, the four 7th on Sale events have raised almost $12 million for the fight against HIV and AIDS. |
