laughing so I am passing it on. British rag Grazia has found a new fashionable region to focus
on, and it is the thighs. They think the celebrities. Such as
Blake Lively, Audrina Patridge, and
Lady Gaga are guilty of "thigh spillage," or muffin top of the thigh region created by wearing
over-the-knee boots that are too tight. Which made me think of “knee fat” this is going to be a
big one next and well, I figured I would put together a page on how to get rid of knee fat and
cellulite, without having to go through nasty injections or surgery. This is what I do and have
always done throughout my entire life, tell people how to get rid of fat in specific areas.

Tip... useful inclusion in a healthy diet plan is making fruit juices and smoothies. These
are very nutritious, thirst quenching, hunger satisfying alternatives to the ubiquitous
carbonated and excessively sweetened beverages.
It takes a little planning, but we should take the time and make the effort to plan such an
important part of our life as our health and longevity.
There are many delicious combinations of fruits. The very juicy fruits such as pears and
grapes may be combined with a host of different berries, such as strawberries,
blueberries to make 'to die for' flavors. Apples are a standard staple for juicing. Peaches,
and cherries in season are excellent.
You might experiment by juicing a variety of fruits separately and blend combination in a
small container to determine what you like the best. As the seasons progress and we go
from strawberries to blackberries, and peaches to apples, we have an extensive palate
of flavors to blend into a cornucopia of delicious variations.
Of course, you will want to use fruits at their juicy best. I see people eating hard pears,
peaches and plums. They may look pretty but they lack the flavor and nutrition, the
'deliciousness' of the fully ripened fruit. Most commercially grown fruits are picked and
shipped green and are intended to be ripened at the point of delivery. Plums are a good
example of this practice. They are full formed but not fully ripe when you bring them
home. (Ideally, you would buy tree ripened fruit ready to eat, but this is not how
commercially grown fruit is handled. A trip to a farmer's market is a treat when you find
fully ripe and ready to eat fruit in all its glory.)
The fruit should be kept in a warm place and covered with a paper bag to hold in the
ripening gas (ethylene) that is emitted by the green fruit. The warmer the fruit and the
more gas is retained, the faster the fruit ripens.
This offers the opportunity to control the ripening speed so a relatively large supply of
fruit will not ripen all at once, the fruit that is kept cool and ventilated will not ripen at the
rate that warm and enclosed fruit will ripen.
The ripening process converts starch to sugar, the texture becomes soft and juicy, and
the acid nature of the green fruit becomes neutral. The fruit becomes aromatic and
smells' ripe'. Then it is at its most nutritious and delicious best.
On the other hand, strawberries are not ripened by ethylene but by genes. As the berry
ages, more ripening genes are developed to accelerate the ripening process.

If you have resolved to get a thin waistline then make sure that you understand and keep in

Getting six packs or thin waistline are not a task to be taken on hand in isolation but as a

How to exercise while you are sitting at the computer..You may think that it's not possible to
exercise while sitting at your desk at work. But since so many of spend hours sitting in front of a
computer then why not try working some of those muscles as well. Following is a list of several
exercises that you can do while you sit in front of your computer. 1.Squeeze and release your
buttock muscles. You may fell a little silly doing this while you are sitting in your chair, but it really
is a great way to firm up those butt muscles. You just squeeze and release for at least a good
thirty minutes. 2. Next work on your Abs by taking a deep breath in and release. While taking
these deep breaths you want to suck in your stomach and hold then release. You can also move
you're upper in lower abdominal muscles in and out in sort of a wave motion. This may be pretty
hard to do depending on how strong your abdominal muscles are.
3. Try doing some shoulder rolls. Roll your shoulders forward, and then roll them backward. This
is also a really great way to relax when you have been working hard all day long. 4. If you actually
have time for a break from typing, you can work on your arms. Hold a book in each hand and lift
your hands above your head and lower to touch your shoulders. Repeat this at least ten times.
Make sure that the books are not too heavy so that you end up straining yourself.

How to Snack
To increase your nutrient consumption at each eating experience, be sure to eat more than one food at
your mini-meal.  A single food, such as a little bag of Baked Lays, is not a great mini-meal.  The single

Just one cup of raw chopped dandelion greens is 25 calories and contains:

Dandelion greens also contain the antioxidant lutein, which is good for keeping your vision healthy.
When picking the greens outside in the spring time, make sure not to pick from a
pesticide-sprayed area. The greens are best when young. Place the greens in a colander and wash
them well with cold water. Pat the greens dry with paper towel. Mix raw dandelion greens in with
your salad. They will add a tangy and slightly bitter flavor. Sprinkle apple cider vinegar or lemon
juice over one cup of dandelion greens. Allow the greens to wilt a bit before eating. Or put some
dandelion greens on top of your sandwich to add a crunchy bite. Raw, the greens are a known as a

Examples of easy-to-digest carbohydrate snacks:
•Pretzels or crackers
•Toast or waffle with jam or a bit of syrup
•Cereal with low-fat or non-fat milk
•Yogurt
•Fig Newtons
•Granola bar (low fat, low protein), such as Crunchy Nature Valley Bars
•Raisins, dates, or a banana
•Rice or pasta
The timing and type of food someone can handle varies from person to
person.  Some people can eat five minutes before a workout without a
problem, while others need to eat an hour before a workout to ensure
they don’t have stomach problems. Similarly, some people can handle a
full serving of food while others can only put down a couple crackers or
bites.
Most people feel good after eating 0.5 grams of carbohydrates (about two
calories) per pound of body weight (or one gram per kilogram) about one
hour before a workout. As you get closer to the workout, you can reduce
the amount that you eat for a snack to help prevent GI discomfort.
The best thing to do is to experiment with different fuels and timing to see
what works best for you. If you have a tried-and-true food that you like to
eat before working out or a competition, then stick with it.
Tip: You have to train your body to accept fuel before, during and after a
workout just like you have to train your body to run five miles.
When you try a food as fuel, try it several times, because your GI track
may just need to be trained to digest the food before and during a
workout. This is especially important to do if you are training for a big
event, such as a marathon or triathlon. Practicing your fueling strategy
during training is just as important as the exercise itself.

Calorie Needs for men and women...
To lose 1 to 2 lbs. of weight a week, you need to reduce your daily calorie intake by
500 to 1,000 calories a day. Most men and women can safely lose weight consuming
1,200 to 1,600 calories a day. If you lose more than 2 lbs. a week, you may need to
increase your daily calorie intake. While you may enjoy the additional weight loss,
losing more than 2 lbs. a week usually means you are losing muscle mass and fluids.
Consult with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
Healthy Plan
A healthy diet plan on a limited-calorie diet should include a variety of foods from
each of the food groups to make sure you meet all of your nutrient needs. The diet
should emphasize more low-calorie, nutrient-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables,
whole grains, lean sources of protein and low-fat or nonfat dairy foods. You should
also limit your intake of saturated fats, trans fats, sodium and foods with added
sugars.
Know Your Portions
Knowing how much to eat from each food group can help you balance both your
calorie and nutrient intake. A balanced diet should include 1 to 1 1/2 cups of fruits, 1
1/2 to 2 cups of vegetables, 4 to 5 oz. of grain, 3 to 5 oz. of meat or beans, 2 cups of
milk and 4 tsp. of fats. Use measuring cups, spoons and food scales to help you
control your portions. Keep track of your calorie intake with a food diary.
Tips
When it comes to following a limited-calorie diet for weight loss, hunger can
sometimes sabotage your plans. But if you choose to eat certain types of foods, you
may be able to control your hunger while still limiting your calorie intake. Foods high
in fiber, such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains, take your body longer to digest
and help with hunger control. Try to include a variety of high-fiber foods at each meal
for better hunger management on your weight-loss diet.

as such the way to make muscle gains is to make harder

Now, we are never going to shape and tone our butt if we
just do normal squats, just going through the motions.

or intensity. One of my favourite examples that brings back
some painful memories for me is carrying a heavy boxing
bag up a flight of stairs for half an hour. That will give you

swollen that those jeans barely zip shut. Sound familiar? Bloating's a common but annoying symptom
with many causes, says Patricia Raymond, M.D., a gastroenterologist in Chesapeake, VA. "You could
be retaining fluids — especially right before that time of the month — or have excess gas because of
something you ate, or you could be constipated," Raymond notes. Luckily, there are just as many
ways to banish bloat. Try one of these tricks to keep your denim from fitting a little too close for
comfort.

There are few things that we have complete control over, but what we put in our
mouths is one of them. We don't have to lose control in a restaurant or a friend's
home, and we don't have to eat everything that's put in front of us.
